Terms And Conditions

1. Scope of Services

The Company shall provide architectural design services as outlined in the project proposal or agreement. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Concept development

  • Schematic design

  • Design development

  • Construction drawings

  • Interior and exterior design

  • Site planning and layout

  • Structural and MEP coordination

  • Permit and submission documentation

Additional services not explicitly stated will require a separate agreement and may incur additional fees.


2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project

  • Respond to communication and design approvals in a timely manner

  • Notify us promptly of any changes to the project scope or requirements

  • Ensure that necessary permissions, site access, and third-party coordination are in place

Failure to meet these obligations may delay project timelines or result in additional costs.


3. Fees and Payment

All fees will be outlined in the signed agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments shall be made in installments based on agreed project milestones

  • Late payments may incur interest charges of [X]% per month

  • Design work will not proceed to the next phase without receiving due payments

  • Fees exclude third-party charges (e.g., permitting, consultants, printing)

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.


4. Project Timeline

Timelines will be agreed upon at the start of the project. While we strive to adhere to deadlines, delays caused by third parties, late client feedback, regulatory approvals, or force majeure events are outside our control. Extensions to deadlines may be granted under such circumstances.


5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and documents created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. The Client receives a limited, non-transferable license to use the final design for the agreed-upon project only.

Reproduction, modification, or reuse of our designs without written permission is prohibited.


6. Revisions and Modifications

The Client is entitled to a limited number of design revisions as outlined in the agreement. Excessive or major design changes outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees and schedule adjustments.


7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • The Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date

  • No further work or transfer of materials will occur until outstanding payments are settled

  • Partial or preliminary work remains the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed


8. Liability and Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs, the Company is not liable for:

  • Errors or omissions made by third-party consultants or contractors

  • Construction delays, defects, or damages resulting from implementation

  • Regulatory changes after design submission

The Client is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurances and ensuring compliance with local building regulations.


9. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. All project-related information will be handled with discretion and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, except where required by law or professional duty.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Country or Region]. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City or Region].


11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
